Pre-Tan PreparationExfoliate 24 hours before your appointment - this is the most important step to achieving a flawless tan! Shower the night before your tan. If you need to shower the day of your tan, make sure it's at least 4 hours before your appointment All other beauty appointments should be done the day before your tan (ie waxing, manicures, pedicures and facials) Make sure you are not wearing any deodorant, makeup, moisturiser, perfume or oil when you come to your appointment Wear dark, loose fitting clothing to your appointment. Avoid bike shorts, jeans, socks, bras etc

Post-Tan CareAvoid activities that will cause you to sweat or get wet until the tan has fully developed Avoid skin to skin contact (ie crossing legs, or hands touching other parts of the body) until your first rinse Keep your first rinse short - shower in luke warm water with no soap. 40-50 seconds should be enough, or until the water runs clear. Don't panic if you see the bronzer washing off, this is normal. Your tan will continue to develop for the next 24 hours. When drying after showers, pat dry and do not rub. Avoid long baths/showers. Moisturise twice daily and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Hydrated skin will help your tan last longer and fade evenly. Try to avoid shaving for as long as possible
